9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

Clause 9.1 of ISO 9001:2015 requires organizations to establish, implement and maintain processes for monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system, ensuring that relevant data are collected, interpreted and used for continual improvement and compliance with the standard.
