9.2 Internal audit

Clause 9.2 of ISO 9001:2015 sets out the requirements for internal audits of a quality management system. Organizations must plan, conduct and document audits at defined intervals to verify conformity, evaluate effectiveness and implement corrective actions based on the audit findings.
