9.3 Management review

Clause 9.3 of ISO 9001:2015 mandates that top management periodically review the quality management system to confirm its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The review must examine inputs such as audit results, customer feedback, process performance, and changes in internal or external context, and produce decisions on improvements, resource needs and any required changes to the quality policy or objectives.
