Trend Reporting

Trend reporting under the In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/746 is a post-market surveillance activity where manufacturers collect and analyse performance data over time to identify patterns that may signal safety or effectiveness concerns. Manufacturers must submit periodic trend reports to competent authorities, summarising findings and any corrective actions taken.
