RI - Rights and Responsibilities of the Individual

The RI standard defines the rights patients are entitled to receive-such as respectful treatment, privacy, informed consent and access to their medical records-and outlines their responsibilities, including providing accurate information and cooperating with care plans, to promote safe and ethical hospital care.
