Organised Trading Facilities (OTFs)

Organised Trading Facilities are regulated venues that enable multilateral trading of non-equity financial instruments, operated by investment firms under the MiFIR framework. They must meet transparency, reporting and governance requirements, and are distinct from traditional regulated markets and Multilateral Trading Facilities.
