Title II - Authorisation and Operating Conditions

Title II sets out the licensing and ongoing requirements for firms providing investment services under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive and MiFIR, specifying the capital, organisational, governance and conduct standards needed to operate in EU markets and detailing the procedures for authorising participants and the supervisory conditions they must meet.
