Title III - Regulated Markets

Title III of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU and MiFIR establishes the framework for regulated markets, defining the requirements for admission of instruments, the operation of trading venues, transparency obligations and supervisory oversight to ensure fair, orderly and efficient trading in the EU.
