Title V - Market Data and Transparency

Title V of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU and the accompanying MiFIR sets out the rules governing market data and transparency, requiring firms to publish pre- and post-trade information to ensure fair and efficient pricing, and establishing standards for data collection, consolidation and reporting across EU trading venues.
