R1 - Physical Security Plan

The NERC CIP-006 R1 Physical Security Plan requires entities to create, document and maintain a plan that defines security zones, access controls, monitoring and response procedures for protecting critical bulk-power cyber assets from unauthorized physical access. The plan must be regularly reviewed, updated and aligned with other CIP standards to ensure consistent physical protection of the infrastructure.
