Art 3 - Essential and important entities

Article 3 of the EU NIS 2 Directive sets out the criteria for designating essential and important entities, distinguishing between sectors that are critical to societal and economic functions and those with a significant but less critical role. It specifies the obligations each category must meet regarding risk management, incident reporting and supervisory oversight.
