Art 31 - General supervision for essential entities

Article 31 establishes the general supervision framework for essential entities under the EU NIS Directive, obliging competent authorities to monitor compliance, conduct inspections and enforce corrective actions. It defines the powers, procedures and coordination mechanisms that supervisors must use to ensure the security of network and information systems.
