Art 34 - Penalties

Article 34 of the EU Directive 2022/2555 establishes the penalty framework for breaches of the NIS2 security obligations, specifying administrative fines that reflect the gravity and impact of non-compliance and allowing national authorities to impose additional measures, including possible criminal liability for especially serious violations.
