The MA (Maintenance) family defines controls for planning, performing, and supervising system maintenance activities to preserve security and privacy, including the use of authorized tools, scheduling, supervision of personnel, and protection of maintenance ports and interfaces, and it addresses both on-site and remote maintenance.
