Chapter IV - Human Rights

Chapter IV of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises sets out the duty of companies to respect human rights, obliging them to prevent or mitigate adverse impacts, to carry out due-diligence assessments, and to offer effective grievance mechanisms when violations occur.
