Chapter VII - Combating Bribery
Chapter VII of the OECD Guidelines directs multinational enterprises to adopt policies and procedures that prevent bribery in all forms, requiring transparent accounting, due-diligence on partners and robust internal controls, as well as training, whistle-blower mechanisms and cooperation with law-enforcement to detect and deter illicit payments.
