National Contact Points (NCPs)
National Contact Points (NCPs) are bodies designated by governments to promote and implement the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, offering a forum for resolving alleged breaches of the Guidelines through mediation or conciliation. They also disseminate information, advise enterprises on responsible business conduct, and facilitate dialogue among stakeholders, helping align corporate practices with internationally agreed standards.
