1910.38 - Emergency Action Plans

It requires employers to develop, implement and train employees on emergency action plans for fires, chemical releases, and other hazards, outlining procedures for reporting, evacuation and accounting for personnel. Plans must be written, reviewed annually and communicated to all employees.
