Subpart C - General Safety and Health Provisions

Subpart C of OSHA's Construction Safety Standards (29 CFR Part 1926) establishes the broad safety-and-health requirements that apply to all construction sites, including employer duties to provide safe conditions, hazard assessment, training, personal protective equipment, and record-keeping of incidents.
