Subpart K - Electrical

Subpart K of OSHA's Construction Safety Standards (29 CFR Part 1926) establishes mandatory electrical safety requirements for construction sites, covering installation, use, inspection and maintenance of all electrical equipment. It specifies safeguards such as proper grounding, wiring methods, personal protective equipment and hazard-recognition procedures to prevent shock, arc flash and other electrical injuries.
