Article 10 - Technology Development and Transfer

Article 10 requires Parties to promote the development and transfer of environmentally sound technologies, supporting capacity-building and facilitating access to finance for climate mitigation and adaptation. It calls for cooperation among public and private actors and the establishment of mechanisms to track, share and disseminate technology solutions.
