Article 3 - Nationally Determined Contributions

Article 3 of the Paris Agreement outlines the requirement for each Party to prepare, communicate and maintain nationally determined contributions, reflecting its highest possible ambition and its common but differentiated responsibilities. These contributions are to be updated every five years to reflect progress and evolving capabilities.
