Article 4 - Mitigation

Article 4 of the Paris Agreement requires each Party to develop, submit and regularly update a nationally determined contribution that sets out its plans to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions, and to implement domestic mitigation actions aimed at limiting global temperature rise in line with the agreement's long-term goal.
