Refund Rights (Art 76-77)

Under Articles 76-77 of the EU Payment Services Directive 2, payers may demand a refund when a payment is unauthorised, erroneous or not executed as agreed, and the payment service provider must return the funds without undue delay, typically within ten days, unless the provider can demonstrate that the payer was responsible.
