RTS on SCA and Common and Secure Communication

The RTS on Strong Customer Authentication and Common and Secure Communication sets out the technical requirements that EU payment-service providers must follow under the Payment Services Directive 2. It defines how strong customer authentication is to be applied, the risk-based exemptions allowed, and the standards for secure, interoperable communication between providers, merchants and users.
