Subtitle H - Research and Development

Subtitle H of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act authorizes research and development activities aimed at improving waste management practices. It funds the creation, testing and demonstration of innovative treatment, recycling and disposal technologies, and supports data collection to inform future regulatory decisions and enhance environmental protection.
