Title II - Registration of Substances

Title II of the REACH regulation sets out the compulsory registration of chemical substances produced or imported into the European Union in quantities of at least one tonne per year. It requires registrants to submit a dossier to the European Chemicals Agency containing data on physicochemical properties, hazards, uses and safe-use guidance, enabling assessment of risks to human health and the environment.
