Title III - Data Sharing and Avoidance of Unnecessary Testing

Title III of the REACH regulation establishes a framework for sharing information on chemicals among manufacturers, importers and downstream users, requiring the creation of joint dossiers and the use of existing data to prevent duplicate testing, especially on vertebrate animals, and to promote the use of alternative methods wherever possible.
