Art 3 - Definitions

Article 3 of the RoHS 2 Directive supplies the core terminology for the regulation, defining terms such as restricted substances, electrical and electronic equipment, homogeneous material and manufacturer, among others, to ensure a common understanding for compliance and enforcement.
