Producer Obligations

Under the EU RoHS 2 directive, producers of electronic and electrical equipment must ensure their products meet the restricted-substance limits, maintain technical documentation, and provide EU conformity declarations. They must also register each product in the national database, report non-compliant items, and cooperate with authorities for market surveillance.
