Art 11 - Periodic Reporting for Art 8/9 Products

Article 11 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation obliges managers of Article 8 (environmental or social characteristics) and Article 9 (sustainable investment) products to provide periodic reports. These reports must detail the product's sustainability performance, the methodology used, and the extent to which the investment outcomes meet the disclosed objectives, enabling investors to assess ongoing compliance with the regulation.
