Art 3 - Sustainability Risk Policies (entity)

Article 3 obliges entities covered by the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation to adopt policies that identify and assess sustainability risks, integrate those risks into their investment decisions and describe the likely impact on returns. It also requires them to disclose any measures taken to mitigate such risks.
