Art 6 - Pre-Contractual Sustainability Risk Disclosures

Article 6 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation requires financial market participants to disclose in pre-contractual documents whether sustainability risks are relevant to the investment product, and if so, how those risks might affect returns, while also stating when sustainability risks are deemed immaterial. This enables investors to assess potential environmental, social, or governance impacts before committing capital.
