EU Taxonomy Alignment indicates how closely an economic activity follows the EU taxonomy's criteria for environmental sustainability, showing whether it makes a substantial contribution to the taxonomy's climate and environmental objectives while meeting the "do no significant harm" and minimum safeguard requirements. This alignment is used in disclosures under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation to assess the sustainability credentials of investments.
