PI - Processing Integrity

The SOC 2 Processing Integrity criterion (code cc_processing) requires that a service-organization's system reliably completes and records transactions in an accurate, authorized, and timely manner, without unintended or unauthorized alterations, and that any errors are detected and corrected promptly. This supports the overall Trust Services goal of ensuring data is processed correctly and consistently.
