ISPS Code - Security levels

The ISPS Code sets three security levels for ships and ports: Level 1 applies when there is no specific threat or risk, Level 2 is used when a heightened risk of terrorism or piracy is identified, and Level 3 is activated during an imminent or actual security incident, requiring the most stringent protective measures.
