Sec 601 - Authorization of Appropriations

Section 601 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 authorizes the appropriation of funds required for Treasury and related agencies to implement and enforce the act's corporate-governance and financial-reporting provisions, covering costs such as staffing, oversight and technology.
