Sec 806 - Whistleblower Protection

Section 806 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act establishes whistleblower protection, prohibiting retaliation against employees who disclose corporate fraud or cooperate with investigations. It requires companies to reinstate, compensate, or otherwise remedy any adverse employment actions taken against such individuals, and grants them the right to seek civil remedies.
