Recognition and enforcement

The UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration includes provisions on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, establishing a uniform framework that obliges contracting states to recognize and enforce awards made in other jurisdictions, subject to limited grounds for refusal such as public policy or lack of due process.
