Collection Rate Targets (Art 7)

The collection_rate entry records the targets set by the WEEE Directive for each Member State's annual collection of electrical and electronic waste. Under Article 7 these targets are expressed as a percentage of the average weight of those products placed on the market in the previous three years, establishing mandatory recovery levels for different product groups.
