Art 13 - Tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship
Article 13 of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control obliges Parties to implement comprehensive bans or severe restrictions on all forms of tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship, including at points of sale, in the media and through corporate branding, with particular attention to cross-border and digital activities.
