Annex B - Transparency of SPS Regulations

Annex B of the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures sets out requirements for the transparency of SPS regulations, obligating members to notify proposed measures, publish final standards and provide access to relevant scientific information, thereby ensuring that trade partners can assess compliance and avoid unnecessary barriers.
