Article 12 - Administration

Article 12 of the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures sets out the administrative requirements for SPS measures, mandating that they be applied in a transparent, consistent and non-discriminatory manner, with clear procedures for review and appeal, adequate resources and a legal framework to ensure effective implementation.
