Annex 2 - Technical Expert Groups

Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade sets up Technical Expert Groups that give scientific and technical advice to the TBT Committee, helping develop standards and resolve technical disputes. The groups are composed of experts nominated by member governments and operate on a voluntary, collaborative basis.
