Article 10 - Information about Technical Regulations

Article 10 obliges WTO members to furnish, upon request, detailed information on any technical regulation they have adopted or are considering, including its text, purpose, scope, applicability and any related standards or conformity-assessment procedures. The provision promotes transparency, allowing other members to assess the regulation's impact on trade and to seek alternatives or adjustments where necessary.
