Schedule B entry 73 covers all iron- or steel-based articles that have been fabricated or processed, including structural shapes, plates, sheets, bars, rods, pipes, tubes, fittings, and similar manufactured products, but excludes raw iron or steel ingots. It is used for reporting U.S. exports of finished or semi-finished metal goods.
