In Schedule B code 82 the category "Tools, Implements, Cutlery, Spoons and Forks" includes hand-operated devices used for cutting, shaping, fastening or measuring as well as eating utensils such as knives, forks, spoons and other cutlery made of metal, plastic or similar materials; it is used by U.S. exporters and customs officials to report and track shipments of these items.
