SCOR Processes

SCOR Processes are the core activities defined in the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model that structure supply-chain management into five distinct categories: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. Each process maps best-practice tasks, performance metrics and data flows, enabling organizations to benchmark, integrate and improve their end-to-end operations. The model provides a common language for aligning strategy, technology and execution across the supply chain.
