SDG 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, targeting reductions in maternal and child mortality, the fight against communicable and non-communicable diseases, and universal access to quality health services, medicines and vaccines. It seeks to strengthen health systems, improve health financing and support research and development for health innovations.
