Controversial Weapons Exposure

PAI-14 Controversial Weapons Exposure is a principal adverse impact indicator under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation that requires financial market participants to disclose the extent of their investment exposure to companies involved in the design, production, sale or use of weapons considered unacceptable, such as landmines, cluster munitions, chemical, biological or nuclear arms, and related support activities.
